Since age 12 (75 years ago) I have had a passion for photography. I was born and raised in Chicago. When I was 12 years old, I visited my aunt in Wheaton Illinois. She was an avid photography enthusiast. She was well ahead of her time, and she had the top-of-the-line equipment. She also had her own darkroom and did all her own film development. She was very generous of her time and enthusiastic teaching of her talents in meeting with me. Over the years until her death, she was my coach and collaborated with me and I have continued my passion for photography ever since.
